So basically I got signed into a different Microsoft account and I’m stuck out of my computer

Okay so I am a Minecraft player, and I signed into my old Minecraft account which is now under a new Microsoft account, im unsure how. Through doing this my main computer wound up signed into said account and now I’m locked out of it since that account isn’t mine, since the account isn’t mine I can’t prove it’s mine to get into it and thus get access to my computer and because of the recovery code system I can’t even wipe it to try and get back in, because to do that would mean I have to go through the account.
