Snipping tool video recording - only partly is saved, most content lost, can find any trace on the drive

Hello, I recorded a video by using snipping tool for more than 1h. However, after clicking on saving at the end of the meeting, I found out that the duration of the video is 8 minutes. I lost most content of my meeting recording. I found that video recorded starts from very end of my meeting, while I launched the recording at the very beginning and when I ended the meeting, the full length of the recording was like 59 mins. I tried to looked at the backup file on my drive, however, only the 8 min file existed, I can't see any other trace of the most important part of my recording. possible rea
