Snipping Tool Slowness after upgrading to Win 11

After upgrading from Windows 10 to Windows 11, we noticed a significant slowness with the Snipping Tool. Upon investigation, we found that disabling the 'Automatically save screenshots' setting and enabling the 'Ask to save edited screenshots' setting resulted in some improvement. I'm wondering if there is a way to automate the configuration of the Snipping Tool?
