Snipping Tool Notification Delay & Performance Issue

Hi everyone,I’ve recently installed a fresh copy of Windows 11 Pro 24H2 (build 26100.2314, installed on 16/11/2024). I also downloaded the Snipping Tool from the Microsoft Store, which is currently version 11.2409.25.0.While using the Snipping Tool, I noticed a strange issue.
