Snipping Tool no longer take screenshots in fullscreen

Generally speaking above, the update 24H2 Snipping tool no longer allows you to take screenshots on games with fullscreen settings because attempting to screenshot while the game is in fullscreen will minimize it and opens nothing while 23H3 Snipping Tool can take screenshots of games with fullscreen settings . I have submitted a problem feedback regarding to this, and I am still waiting for a response back for a reason.
