Snipping tool is not opening more than one snip at a time when “Multiple windows” option enabled

Greetings,There was a thread about this, but it closed, however the problem persists. The Snipping Tool's multiple windows option is not working. About a year ago, it stopped functioning properly. When enabled, it only opens one window and shows the first snip, despite saving all snips.
