Snip and Sketch Needs a text box feature. When will this be available?

Please add a text box option to Snip & Sketch. I use this function every day to instruct and train others and being able to simply type within the sketch would make the process so much more efficient and effective. I don't understand why this isn't already a function; it seems logical.
