First of all , i do not know why but. Technet removing my topics !!
I do not know why , for some reason microsoft has been blocked all my ripe classes at once 5 days ago.
We have completed SNDS survey ticket form for 150+ /24 ip address.
After wait of 2 days we got standart answers .
ON Snds page it seems our company ip blocks each one blocked due to user complaint ! including TV stream and Game blcoks which are unable to use TCP protocol !
How can user complaint can be occured to hotmail for my client's counter strike server. I could not resolve it.
I realize that all messages and answers coming same and i have lost nearly %30 of my clients .
I need a direct contact because they do not read the emails. They automatically answering mails. And i am a datacenter owner. I have detailed check SNDS history there seems no reason to block my network.
Also they have blocked my 50.000+ ips this is not logical. One day ago i had only %0.01 spam rate on hotmail. or less.
How that can be happens ?
Please somebody direct me ?
