Slower down USB transfer speed on Windows 10 compared to Windows 7

I am using Embedded device to update it from windows machine over USB transfer. I have came across an observation that, on windows 10 the devices takes 1 min to update 2.5 MB file but same file with windows 7 takes 25 sec to update it.I have custom software installed in windows machine to update this embedded device over USB.It could be reasons that USB speed is getting slow on windows 10 compared to WIN7. I am not basically using Pendrive or harddisk to transfer data , its USB3.0 based transfer with embedded device and i am using that one.Please let me know what could be the reason and how we
