So I'm not really sure how to classify this post. I owned Forza Horizon 5 and had it installed for awhile, one of my drives got corrupted so I'm having to reinstall it as of currently (Forza was installed on my D: Drive, in the process of reinstalling onto my E: drive). The issue I'm having currently is my download speed, I'm fluctuating anywhere from 100-300 kbps to 0 b/s. I'm not sure what to do to resolve the issue of making it download faster/more efficiently. I've checked forums dating all the way back to 2016, reddit posts going back 2 years ago, I've tried everything they've said like :
