Slow internet browsers. Can anyone help me with this issue?

Hi, My PC web browsing is very slow even if I use Chrome, Edge or other browser, we have 4 computers in my house and my PC is the only one with this issue. I restarted router and modem, reseted Chrome settings and did other troubleshootings and still nothing. I also ran the Troubleshooting for the Wi-Fi and it gave me the following message: YOUR COMPUTER APPEARS TO BE CORRECTLY CONFIGURED BUT THE DEVICE OR RESOURCE (DNS SERVER) IS NOT RESPONDING, it didn't fix the issue.
