Slow download speed but fast internet

Hi, I have an ethernet cable connected to my pc, my router supplies 1gb download speed but I get low speeds (~80mb/s)I am using steam but it isn't a problem on their end because I got another pc and it gets (~600-800mb/s) on an SSD (for both the PCs)using speedtest websites also give me ~800mb/s speeds.I am fearing that it might be some sort of malware or something.Things I have triedisabling other ethernet adaptersAnti virus scan (no malware found)Checked proxy settings (no proxy)Checked DNS settings (8.8.8.8/8.8.4.4)ipflush multiple timesReinstalled ethernet driver
