Slow Computer

Hi,My computer did run completely fine until a few days ago, when I got new WiFi.My new WiFi now occasionally makes weird hissing noises. I have checked multiple times that this is the WiFi router, not the computer. When the WiFi does make hissing noises, my Windows 10 runs very laggy and slow. You can see the lag when I move the mouse around the screen.Keep in mind that this was not happening with my old WiFi.Thanks
