Since clean installing my Windows 10 1909, PC does not go to sleep properly. Whether on time out or by selecting sleep from the power icon, the PC blanks the screen, stops the drive access but the Power light stays on solid. Impossible to wake up via input devices so I end up doing a hard reboot.
I have updated BIOS. Set Device Manager settings so that Mouse and Keyboard can wake up computer. So is it really going to sleep or getting hung up?
I did powercfg -h off and when I use the C:\Windows\System32\rundll32.exe powrprof.dll,SetSuspendState 0,1,0 command it enters Sleep with blinking power lights and wakes up on keyboard and mouse.
