Sleep button not reacting even after changing it

I have a new Samusng book laptop and called the technical support team from the store I bought it at as I could not find a solution. They tried many things, but when I press the power button and then sleep, it does not react. Windows 11.This is what the technician said:Tried to updated the system drivers and windows updates. Allowed the permissions from power settings. Change settings from the device manager and reinstalled the drivers for power management drivers.
