Size of 'news and interests' feeds panel vary in every PC

1) I'm wondering the reason why the size of 'news and interests' feeds panel differs from PC to PC. *All PCs has been updated as the latest version of Window.2) And, hardly found how to resize in 'regedit' by adding DWORDS, 'useWiderFlyouSize=1' But still, in some PC settings, it doesn't work. (in some others, it worked) Is there any other way to resize it? I want to make it wider.Wish to listen a clear view at least on #1 question.
