Since the Windows 11, version 24H2 update my computer does not awake from sleep mode with turning it off.

I have a Lenovo X390 Yoga Thinkpad. When I close my PC or it goes automatically into standby it does not wake up anymore since the update. I have to turn the computer off and on with the button. Also it gets really hot and loud in sleep mode and consumes alot of power. How can I solve this?
