Since support doesn't seem to exist I'd appreciate help. (Microsoft Account)

Sorry if the product is completely wrong they don't have Microsoft Account as an option. My other Microsoft account was accessed in Canada(could be a VPN I'm unsure) which I've never been to or know anyone in and they never notified me other then through the email address(It's the one I used to create the account but whenever I try to login using the email instead of the username it doesn't work) and I found out 2 days later since I didn't have internet when it happened. I went and confirmed through online and changed the password but no matter what it keeps asking me to secure the account. Ev
