So basically I got some updates and after my laptop restarted I got only a sign in with "other user" and two input fields, email and password.
my email and password didn't work in there, even though I was able to sign in to my microsoft account from another machine.
I did a lot of researching and it seems that I have to go to safe mode and fix the users, however, each time I try to go to safe mode windows expect me to enter my bitlock recovery key
which i didn't set up at all, I even followed the link displayed in there to how to get it and my microsoft account says that no bitlock keys found.
I tried to get the key via CMD using the command manage-bde -protector C: -get but there was no password displayed in the output as well.
also my secure boot is enabled by default in the BIOS.
what am I supposed to do?
