Signed in but asked to create PIN but PC stuck

Setting up new Beelink mini tower EQ. All plugged &ready to go. Screen asked County language etc then asks me to sign in to my Microsoft which I do with email and password then message says “because you didn’t sign in with a password you must create a PIN” I press create and it’s stuck and I can’t get any further. Re-booted several times but same ol. Spent hours trying to get up and running and can’t do work. Am pulling my hair out and using phone to get help Please help thanks * Changed to a question
