Sign-in Popup Not Working in Win11

When attempting to sign in to my Microsoft account, I get this login popup, which shows my account (blacked out by me) and an option to sign in using a different account. Regardless of which one I click, it tries to open another (slightly larger) window, which then closes pretty much immediately. That causes the login to fail.This same sign-in popup also happens when trying to launch some gamepass games on the Xbox app, which then also fails, preventing me from launching the game.I have tried restarting, reinstalling, repairing, and resetting the data for the game I'm trying to play and the Xb
