Sign in option loading infinitely

Hello,Several days ago, I opened my Windows 11 laptop and it asked me to change my password. I had that issue several time so I did not mind. But with that my fingerprint was not activated anymore. When I tried to change it back, I went, as usual in Settings > Acount >Sign in option . But this time, the Sign in option is loading but never showing (see screenshot).Here are the tried fixes : - Restart pc - executing these commands : Sfc /ScanNow and Dism /Online /Cleanup-image /RestoreHealth as proposed in this post : https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/all/windows-11-sign
