Sign-in option are unavailable but were working 5 hours ago

Hello I'm experiencing an issues with the sign in option, where all option are unavailable i can even change my pin and the fingerprint recognition was working 5 hours ago but now its not.i tried to look online to see if there is a fix but with no success anyone know why this is? and have any help?
