Sign-in Method is not allowed after upgrading to Windows 11

Hello, When some users upgrade from Windows 10 to Windows 11 and reboot, they are unable to sign back into the device. It seems like the upgrade removes all credentials from the device. When they add their username and password, they get "your organisation requires additional sign-in security. To set it up, go to Sign-in options in Settings. The sign-in method you're trying to use isn't allowed, For more info, contact your network administrator" . OR they get "Your device couldn't recognize you. Please try again.
