SideBySide error during Program Install

Hi,I'm receiving a SideBySide error when trying to install an application. This is on a system running Windows 11-ARM via Parallels v20 (MacOS virtual environment). When I run the Setup.exe file to install the program, I get the error window: "Application failed to start because its side by side configuration is incorrect please see the application event log or use the command line sxstrace.exe tool for more details."Event Viewer tells me this is a SideBySide error with Event ID 33:"Activation context generation failed for "\\W:\Setup.exe".
