Showing windows script host error on startup and some other issue

I'm having this issue for 2 days and I thought this would be some malware so I ran scans on my mcafee antivirus it detected some and quarantined them. I deleted them immediately and the issue still persisted. So I deleted the app data which this error showed before, and after deleting this is what I see(I had some issues deleting some files on my usual drive, it said you do not have administrative privileges and i have only one account on my laptop) (now it is gone but I'm getting this issue in my windows security)(i have attached a ss)i had mcafee installed it always was was turning off so i
