Showing Account Unknown (bunch of random numbers) under Security Permission settings in clean Windows 11

I was looking at the properties on one of my system drive where I just installed Windows 11. In the Security tab, it has an account called "Account Unknown (then a lot of numbers)". This has only happened one of three drives. Also, it's not a deleted account because I have only ever had one account. Note ALL drives were formatted prior to a clean install of Windows 11 Home on the night of the 27th of December 2024.
