"Show taskbar buttons on: All Taskbars" setting keeps resetting on sleep

I am reposting this as a new thread due to not getting further responses from the original MS agent for months. The original thread is still active and more users continue to find my post and report seeing the same issue as me: Redirecting have 2 monitors, and I want to keep my full taskbar persistently-visible on both of them.
