I'm Unable to get the exact steps to show all the cases I have in Oracle data base (Custom connector Available). My expectation is to : Show open/active cases in the co-pilot conversation window when it says "active cases" and Show Case Details(case id, status, title, description, date created/modified) in chat When a user selects a case from the list . I have to use Custom Oracle Connector to Retrieve list of Record of user when user enter "Active Cases" or "my active cases " label in chat conversation . * Moved from Community Center
