Should I write my Congressman to ask they force MS to let me see and use a website without having to agree to using outlook and upload to the MS cloud? I just want to see their email address(es) or get their customer service 1-800 number(s) for later, but I can't because MS blocks me from seeing it unless I first agree to let them upload information to their cloud product. Should I write my Congressman about this monopoly (the in-the-box OS for my new store bought computer,) or quasi-monopoly strong-arming me and blocking me from looking at and using somebody else's website, a business not
