Should I reset my keyboard since certain keys don’t work

I used my laptop for a bit then shut it off. I opened it without turning it back on and used a wet one to clean my keyboard keys since my fingers get oily, but when I turned on my pc, now some keys don’t work such as enter, a, d, f, j, k, colon, z, b and sometimes when I press the keys that do work with space bar, the space bar isn’t registered immediately but delayed. I have watched a few YouTube videos but they haven’t seemed to work. My laptop is asus rog g17 with windows 11.
