Should I be worried after I vacuumed my laptop's keyboard a few times?

Hi,So, before I knew that vacuuming laptops could be damaging and create static electricity, I'd vacuumed my computer's keyboard a few times. I haven't done so in a little bit, but I feel as if my fan is slightly louder and I'm very scared that I've permanently damaged my new laptop. Should I be worried about permanent damage to my laptop? There have been no signs of odd behavior with my laptop- it runs videos/audio and games just fine, and it's never glitched when turning it on. -- If damage was done to my laptop due to static electricity, would that damage have displayed itself instantaneous
