Short of filing a Class Action Lawsuit, how do I stop the Censorship/Blocking of comments I try to post in forums?

WHY is the censorship in comment sections se severe and restrictive? One can't even post a civil comment or post a helpful link without getting a "Violation of Community Guidelines" block. In MY opinion, not only is your CENSORSHIP regarding these comments ILLEGAL and IMMORAL, but it's also an OUTRIGHT VIOLATION of OUR FIRST AMENDMENT RIGHTS!!! Furthermore, your CENSORSHIP only appears to go ONE WAY.
