Shift +C - Why does this open up the X Box Game Bar (since installing Windows 11)?

Hi,Everytime I go to Shift +C (to add an upper case C) the xbox game bar opens but I do NOT have this as a shortcut - why?Since upgrading to Windows 11 every time I want to add a capital C simply by hitting shift C it opens the Game Bar.I have no Game Bar shortcuts setup ( I am using default).Does anyone know why this is happening.I cannot find any resources to help resolve this.RegardsFrancis
