Hi folks. We've got one user who uses a shared mailbox; the user has full access to the mailbox, set within office 365/exchange mail delegation.
This user has highlighted several things that she finds strange and annoying about the mailbox - at the moment I am not sure if it is the user's expectations of how the shared mailbox works that is the problem, or if there is some configuration issue.
1. The user is unable to padlock appointments and make them private, in the calendar of the shared mailbox.
2. The inbox of the shared mailbox is showing loads of unread items but it isn't possible to find them! My best guess is that they are meeting invites but for some reason we cannot see these anywhere. I've taken caching off the user's outlook set up but we still can't find these unread emails.
Anyone seen this before?
thanks a lot
