Shared Experiences logon loop

I have been trying to link my phone to my desktop and have to use I guess the Shared Experiences software on Windows 10 proand there is a button that says FIX NOW. When i click on it. It has me sign in. I sign in and then it asks over and over again for me to sign in and I never get to fix this. Can someone help me figure out whats going on here. Its stuck in a logon loop i guess. Things I have tried : Changed password then rebooted Turned off Shar Across Devices Rebooted several times. set up authenticator on my mobile phone checked to make sure i could logon here to microsofts website.
