Hello -
I been trying to find a solution to my problem. I seen several post but none seem to work in my case.
Environment
Win 10 Version 1903 Build 18362.418 64-bit
Outlook 2019 16.0.10351.20054 64-bit
Exchange 2016 Version 15.1 Build 1779.2
Situation
I have several staff that share their calendar between each other giving each other Reviewer permissions. However, some staff are not able to view details on the calendar as Outlook provides message "You do not have permission to view this calendar.". I know permissions are correct as it works in OWA and if user logs in to another workstation Outlook does allow them to view details for that users calendar.
What I have tried
Removed access for both the users having the issue and adding Reviewer access back
Tried changing Default calendar permissions to reviewer, editor, and owner
Deleting Outlook profile and adding it back
Confirmed mail certificate is not expired
Confirmed DNS records are pointing to correct server
Confirmed virtual directories are pointing to server
What I have noticed
This seems to be an issue isolated to the Win10 user profile. If I delete the user profile and have the user log back in they are able to see details for the staff members calendar. However, this issue returns after x amount of days.
When adding shared calendar to Outlook, Outlook Connection Status does not add that users as a connection. In Outlook profiles that are working I see staff members username in Outlook Connection Status.
Any suggesting would be greatly appreciated.
