share a file created in USB flash drive using file mapping

There are times when my driver crashes and no dump is generated (either the drive / dump driver fails). Is it possible to have a region( a file) in USB flash drive shared with my driver , so that from the driver , I write some details needed for debugging, into the file my driver's bugcheck callback routine ?

Assuming the user mode app can do a createfile and createfilemapping to share the file with the driver?

will this work ?
