sfc scan detected corrupt files but could not repair

My pc has been having some issues such as not being able to type in the windows search bar and services like windows error reporting hogging up cpu and also my cursor has the blue loading circle randomly appear every 2 seconds. This all has happened before but I completely reset my computer and reinstalled windows making the issues go away but recently they have started up again. I searched online for solutions and saw someone say to run the sfc scan command.
