SFC - DISM Error: 0x800f081f (The source files could not be found)

Hello, I ran these commands in sequential order as showed below, because I had a freeze during shutting down. Sfc /scannowDism /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealthPlease, can you tell me how to fix this?
