Several Network Adapters not visible in Device Manager after installing Windows 10

I finished building my wife's PC today, after installing windows 10 on her device it is completely unable to connect to the internet in any way. I have attempted several recommended command prompt processes, including"netcfg -d""netsh winsock reset""netsh int ip reset""netsh advfirewall reset""ipconfig / flushdns""ipconfig / release""ipconfig / renew"all followed by a restart of course. I've tried running the troubleshooter which just tells me that I'm not connected to the internet.
