Setup prompt timeout is changed to 2 after execute sysprep command

Dear expert,I found the value of "Setup Prompt Timeout" in AMI BIOS setup menu changes from 1(default) to 2 after executing Windows sysprep without any operation.My steps are as follows1)Boot up UEFI Windows 10 22H22)Execute sysprep command under OSsysprep /oobe /generalize /shutdown3) Power on systemCheck Setup Prompt Timeout value:1(No change)4) First reboot after Getting readyCheck Setup Prompt Timeout value:2(change)This issue is happened on UEFI Win 10 but Legacy Win 10 is no problem.May I know whether the value of "Setup Prompt Timeout" in AMI BIOS setup menu is changed by UEFI Windows 1
