Hi there, so I am having a problem with parental controls on my daughters account. We initially set them up when she was 13, she is now 17 and we want to remove them however I am having trouble doing that. The account that I used to initially setup the parental controls (as part of My Family) is no longer active. On my daughters account it says she isn't part of a family - so we have tried inviting her to a new family and setting up a lack of parental controls that way, that didn't work, we have changed her date of birth to be over 18, didn't work.
