I have an email account that my company gives me. It has two addresses, *** Email address is removed for privacy ***, *** Email address is removed for privacy ***. I only logged in as *** Email address is removed for privacy *** in win11 mail app. Occasionally, I would receive emails sent to *** Email address is removed for privacy ***, so I would like to reply it with *** Email address is removed for privacy ***. However, I find out that the email would stuck in outbox, never get sent. It seems that win11 mail app don't allow me to send email as *** Email address is removed for privacy *** because I only signed in as *** Email address is removed for privacy *** email address ending with @outlook.com, I find that win 11 app does understand
