Settings Menu is missing after windows 11 22h2 update.

I updated my system to the lastest window 11 version 22h2 and now my setting menu only load with Bluetooth & Devices and Time & Language. Everything else is missing. Most of the instructions I find online refer me to do something within the settings and I can't do it because the settings menu is not there. I've tried restoring but my system was not backed up and I've tried redoing the update and still nothing's change. Can someone please help?
