Settings App will not open after update to Windows 11.

I have experienced so many issues after updating to Windows 11. Microsoft Teams keeps crashing and Excel will not open anymore at all.But my most pressing issue is that the Settings App will not open.After searching around, I have tried each of the following commands with no success:sfc /scannow DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealthGet-AppxPackage *windows.immersivecontrolpanel* | Reset-AppxPackageGet-AppXPackage -AllUsers -Name windows.immersivecontrolpanel | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml" -Verbose}
