Setting the Lock scree image using GPO is not applying

Steps followed to Lock scree image setting is as follows1) Copy the image to all the user laptop using GPO ( File Copied)2) Enabled the "Force a specific default lock screen and logon image"3) Verified the Policy enabled in the local system using rsop.msc4) Run gpupdate / force and even restarted the machine After the above steps lock screen image is getting as blank( Resolution of the Lock screen image kept it as low as well.)Anyone faced similar situation ?
