Set up a new computer for my organization, it is now requesting a password that does not match the account's

We've hired new salespeople at my company and I set up their computer. I used an organization email, everything went well, but after the computer went to sleep, it woke up requesting a password to enter the user. Thing is, no one knows what that password is. I tried using the password to the associated organization email but it results in "Wrong password" I attempted to instead go into the .\administrator user to bypass this and it tells me that the user has been disabled and to speak to my system manager.
