Set Time Zone Automatically is not working

When I toogle the set time zone automatically option, my time zone is changing to Asuncion (UTC-04:00) but I'm from India and my time zone should be (UTC+05:30). I need to toggle it off so that I can manually adjust it. What should I do to make it set to the correct time zone automatically without toogling off the setting?I can't turn it off because it'll stop me from using different sites related to my work.
