Server IP address could not be found

I can’t open anything. I tried deleting Chrome and it didn’t work and now I am on Microsoft edge trying to figure out what is wrong. The Internet is not connecting. It is a new Internet box and it should be working perfectly fine because it connected before it just wasn’t opening pages.
